There are creative children in all fields and this is an opportunity to actively participate in public life. Parents and governmental and non-governmental institutions should take care of them.
Article 31 stipulates the importance of promoting the right of the child to participate fully in cultural and artistic life and encourages the provision of appropriate and equal opportunities for cultural, artistic, recreational and leisure activity to support the participation of children and their enjoyment of the rest and leisure.
I will Participate is a picture book illustrates Article 31 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child. The booklet assigned for this week issued within the series of the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
