The World Press Freedom Day is celebrated on the 3^rd of May each year. However, press, arts, freedom of thought, expression and creativity in Yemen are in their worst circumstances due to the ongoing conflict. These have had a highly negative effect on freedom of expression despite Yemen had signed on international agreements that support and promote freedom of expression as they are important in development, creative productions, cultural and cognitive development.
